No-Bake Cheesecake

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can whatever topping
    • try Wilderness Blueberry
    •  

Graham Cracker Crust

(or just buy one if you are feeling lazy like me)

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup white sugar

For the crust:

My mom makes the crust and it’s delicous, I’m often too lazy and just buy one as I did in this video (sorry)

Do whichever you prefer, here is instructions if you choose to make it


    1. Mix together the graham cracker, butter, and sugar.
    2. Press it into a pie dish, go up the sides the best you can
 

For the filling:

  1. Beat the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese (room temp)
  2. Once that is smooth, whip up your cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture (just don’t use beaters)
  4. Once you have consistent texture, pour it into your graham cracker crust
  5. Even it out with a spatula, cover, and put in fridge for a couple hours
  6. After it’s firmed up you can dump on your can of pie filling.
  7. Enjoy 🙂

Yal know I’m not very good at baking, of all my videos cooking intricate dishes and never leaving recipes I decided my first actual recipe video had to be something I don’t do often 😀

Didn’t even make my own crust haha, I wanted immediate payoff
