I also teach cooking classes in person in Iowa and some remote classes

I have done 3 cooking class series since I moved back to Iowa and started doing them on my own.
The order was Spring Rolls > Poke Bowls > Sushi
You will notice the Sushi class handout contains recipes for the other two as well
This is how I will likely do this going forward as well unless the document gets too big
